Lounge – Room to Relax
With seating for 8, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, a wall mounted fire and even a comfortable reading chair, the lounge is a cosy place to relax in the evening after a day’s walking or visiting the local beaches. This contemporary yet extremely comfortable space is made for relaxing with friends and family, snuggling up with your partner, or indulging in some alone time with a good read.

Family room – Room to Play
The family room has two large, comfy sofas, as well as a well stocked selection of entertainments including a TV, iPod dock, PS3 games console and a selection of board games. The patio doors lead out onto the back garden providing plenty of light during the day, and cool air at night on those warm summer evenings.
This room has plenty of space for the whole family to indulge in some competitive fun, or to just keep the kids entertained whilst you sneak off to the lounge for some well earned grown up time.
Dining room – Room to Eat
A contemporary, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing dining space with a large table that will comfortably seat eight. Set against a bay window looking out onto the back garden, this is an amazing space to enjoy time with family and friends over a delicious home cooked meal, or maybe a special holiday treat from one of our amazing local take-aways. A high-chair for the smallest member of the family is available on request.
Kitchen – Room to Cook
If you are cooking for friends, family or just yourselves, you will find our well-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to be your very own celebrity chef! With a 4-ring gas hob and electric oven, an integrated tall fridge-freezer, and plenty of food storage space the only thing missing is Gordon Ramsay. There is also an integrated microwave, dishwasher, and combination washing machine/tumble dryer. The door leads out to the back garden.
Main bathroom – Room to Freshen Up
This generous bathroom is on the first floor, alongside three of the bedrooms. After a day at the beach or a trek over hills and down through the valleys, there is nothing better than sinking into a hot soapy bath to soothe those aches and pains away. Alternatively, if you just need to freshen up for a night on the town or an evening beating friends or kids at the board games, there is a large, powerful shower all ready to revive and invigorate!
Double Bedroom – Room for Friends
A spacious double bedroom, with a calm blue colour scheme. This room overlooks the back of the property, and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and hair-dryer. A travel cot is available on request.
This is a great additional space to bring along those friends or family who don’t mind a little babysitting whilst you sneak out for a couple of hours!
Twin Bedroom – Room for the teens or yet more friends?
Another spacious room, this overlooks the front of the property. In bright and beachy yellow and blue, it has two single beds, which can be zip-linked together to form a superking-size bed. Please let us know which option you’d prefer when you book, and it’ll be ready for you when you arrive. The room also has a wardrobe, full-length mirror and hair-dryer.
Bunk Bedroom – Room for the Kids
A fun room, perfect for the younger kids, older kids or adults alike. This room has full-sized single bunk beds, as well as drawers and wall hangers for all the storage you will need.
Master Bedroom – Room to Yourself
This bedroom is yours. A large, comfortable, relaxing bedroom situated on the second floor. At the end of the day, close the door and turn on the low level bedside mood lighting. Freshen up in the en-suite bathroom (with single shower) then recline onto the luxurious king-size bed to truly appreciate how lucky you are to have found such a holiday home from home.
There is a wardrobe, and chest of drawers giving you plenty of storage, along with a full-size mirror and hair-dryer to indulge and pamper yourself.
Lastly, the large Velux window gives you amazing views across Cardigan.
Rear garden – Room to Breathe
On those warm evenings you can fling open the patio doors extending the family room onto a wonderful patio area complete with table and chairs. Beyond this the garden leads on to a lawned area, followed by our own gated car parking area. We have parking for two large cars at the rear of the property, but, if you have more vehicles arriving, there is extra parking available in the swimming pool public car park opposite the lane for a small fee.
